Chicken Bread Roll

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Chicken
  • 1 Cup Maida
  • Salt as required
  • 2 Nos. Onion Large
  • 2 Nos. Green chilly
  • 1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper powder
  • Oil For frying
  • Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Cook the chicken by adding salt and 1/2 tsp pepper powder and shred it.
  • In a pan pour little oil. Add the chopped onions and saute till transparent. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilly.
  • Saute well and add the spice powders one by one and mix well. Add shredded chicken, salt as per taste and add the chopped coriander leaves. Fry it for another 2 mins and off the flame.
  • For preparing dough, take a bowl and add maida, salt and combine well. Add water little by little, knead well and make a chappathi like dough. Pinch lemon sized balls from the dough and roll out into small round disc.
  • Now with a rolling pin roll the bread thin. Put 1 tbsp filling on this and roll the bread.
  • Place the rolled bread on the flour crepe and roll it.
  • Do the same with rest of the breads.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry to a golden brown color.
  • Fry till it become crispy.
  • Enjoy the chicken bread rolls.
