Chicken Egg Kizhi | Stuffed Chicken And Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Nos. Eggs Boil the eggs and slice it into 2 pieces. Keep it aside.
  • 2 Nos. Onion Large
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Nos. Green chillies Chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 Cup Minced chicken Cooked by adding salt and little turmeric powder.
  • Few Coriander leaves Chopped
  • 1 Cup Maida
  • Water as reqd
  • Salt as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and saute the onion in it till it turns light brown in color. Then add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilly, coriander leaves and saute for another few seconds. Then add garam masala, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt as required. Then add minced chicken and combine well.
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, salt, oil, lukewarm water and knead well to make a soft dough. By using this dough, make small sized balls( lemon sized). Roll the balls in the shape of chapati. Place 2 teaspoon of the chicken masala and place a half piece of egg on top of it.
  • Then bring the corners of the circle together and press it so that the kizhi doesn’t break while frying it.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the kizhi, till it turns light brown in colour.
  • Tasty Chicken Egg Kizhi is ready now.
