Instructions
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and saute the onion in it till it turns light brown in color. Then add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilly, coriander leaves and saute for another few seconds. Then add garam masala, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt as required. Then add minced chicken and combine well.
Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, salt, oil, lukewarm water and knead well to make a soft dough. By using this dough, make small sized balls( lemon sized). Roll the balls in the shape of chapati. Place 2 teaspoon of the chicken masala and place a half piece of egg on top of it.
Then bring the corners of the circle together and press it so that the kizhi doesn’t break while frying it.
Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the kizhi, till it turns light brown in colour.
