Preparation for Fish Masala: Marinate the fish in 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt as required. Fry the fish and keep aside for cooling. Break the fried fish into small pieces.
Take a pan and add 1.5 tbsp coconut oil. Heat oil and add chopped onion, little salt, ginger, garlic, green chilly and curry leaves. Saute until onion turns light brown in color.
Simmer the flame and add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder and saute until the raw smell leaves.
Add ground coconut and fried fish pieces, chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for few minutes and remove it from the flame.
