Soak in hot water for 15 minutes and remove the outer skin.

Condensed Milk

Instructions
Soak the chopped China grass in 1/2 cup water for 30 minutes.
Boil the milk by adding sugar and condensed milk.
Grind the soaked and peeled almond into a coarse paste.
Add it into the milk and stir well.
Melt the China grass in medium flame and pour it into the milk. Mix well and turn off the flame.
Pour it into a pudding tray and garnish it with some dates syrup. Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours and serve.
