Crush the nuts.
Add some chopped black raisins, also you can mix in your favorite nut mixture.
Take a sauce pan and add 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup condensed milk and 1/2 cup milk powder.
Pour 500 litre milk and mix well. Stir continuously and boil it.
Break the bread slices into small pieces and dip it in the milk mixture, then layer it into a pudding tray like shown in the figure.
Sprinkle some nut mixture on its top.
Repeat the milk dipped bread slices layer.
Again put some nut mix on top. Keep it in the refrigerator until the final layer gets ready.
Boil the remaining 1/2 litre milk by adding sugar and condensed milk.
Melt the soaked China grass in 1/2 cup water. Pour it into the milk through a sieve. Mix well and turn off the flame.
Let the milk mixture cool down and pour it over the bread pieces. Garnish it with the remaining nut mixture and refrigerate it for 4-6 hours. It’s delicious and easy to make! Enjoy.
