Chicken Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Chicken pieces
  • 1 No. Cucumber
  • 1/2 Slice Onion
  • 1 Cup Lettuce Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 Pinch Salt
  • 1/2 Slice Capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Oil for frying chicken

For Marinating Chicken:

  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • A pinch Turmeric
  • As reqd Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash well and drain the chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients under marination for 15 minutes. Meanwhile wash and chop the cucumber into small pieces.
  • Fry the chicken pieces to a golden brown color. Shred the fried chicken into small pieces. Add it into the cucumber along with chopped lettuce.
  • Add chopped capsicum, sprinkle pepper powder and salt.
  • Finally add lemon juice and mix in a large salad bowl.
  • Serve.
  • Note: You can also use frozen Chicken Patties for the dish. Fry the patties and cut into small pieces before adding to the salad.
