Amazing Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • Few Chicken patties Frozen patties are fried for the dish. You can also substitute raw chicken bits, which are marinated and fried. I have included the marination of chicken below.
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Chopped
  • 1/2 Piece Green capsicum Sliced
  • 1/2 Piece Yellow capsicum Sliced
  • 1 No. Onion Sliced
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tbsp Oil

For marination:

  • 1/2 Cup Boneless Chicken pieces
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • As reqd Salt
  • A pinch Turmeric(Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Slice all the veggies and fried patties. If chicken patties are not available, go for raw chicken bites. Marinate the chicken pieces in pepper powder and salt.
  • Fry the chicken pieces in oil till soft and crisp.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic. Saute till the colour changes.
  • Then add sliced capsicum. Keep the flame high and keep stirring.
  • Add sliced onion. Keep stirring in high flame.
  • Add pepper powder and salt. Continue stirring.
  • Finally add fried patties or fried chicken pieces and mix well. This is fast cooking and the whole process requires just 3-4 minutes and should not exceed.
  • Serve hot!
