Chinese Restaurant Style Chilli Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Chicken
  • 2 Tbsp Maida
  • 2 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Cup Oil For deep-frying

For Chilli sauce

  • 1 No. Onion Dice cut
  • 1/2 No. Capsicum Dice cut
  • 2 String Spring onion chopped
  • 5 Nos Green chillies sliced
  • 3 Cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 Tsp Red chilli sauce
  • 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • Salt As per taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add maida flour and cornflour, required salt and pepper.
  • Next add egg and mix well.
  • Now add chicken pieces and mix well. Rest for five minutes.
  • Now add oil in pan, heat well and shallow fry the chicken pieces.
  • Next, drain and rest in another bowl.
  • Now in same pan reduce oil and fry the spring onion and garlic in hot pan.
  • Now add green chillies and saute for two minutes.
  • Now add onion and capsicum one by one and saute.
  • Next add sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
  • Now add fried chicken pieces and mix well in hot pan.
  • Now add spring onion greens, toss well and turn off flame.
  • Now it's ready to serve Chinese Restaurant Style Chilli Chicken.
