In a bowl add maida flour and cornflour, required salt and pepper.
Next add egg and mix well.
Now add chicken pieces and mix well. Rest for five minutes.
Now add oil in pan, heat well and shallow fry the chicken pieces.
Next, drain and rest in another bowl.
Now in same pan reduce oil and fry the spring onion and garlic in hot pan.
Now add green chillies and saute for two minutes.
Now add onion and capsicum one by one and saute.
Next add sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
Now add fried chicken pieces and mix well in hot pan.
Now add spring onion greens, toss well and turn off flame.
