Sweet Coconut Momos | Steamed and Fried Momos

Today I'm going to share Sweet Coconut Momos, a great momo option for all sweet lovers. Here is my special recipe using coconut and sugar filling. Being a sweetaholic, I felt like giving a twist to the normal veg/meat momo recipe. This is not a traditional recipe but I'm sure anyone will love this different taste! So what are you waiting for? Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cup Wheat flour
  • 1 Cup Coconut Grated
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • Salt As required
  • Water As required
  • 3 Tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Knead the plain flour with salt and water as required. Divide the dough into small equal portions.
  • Combine grated coconut, sugar and cardamom powder in a plate.
  • Roll each of the balls into a puri and place one tsp of the stuffing in the middle.
  • Bring all the edges into a Momo shape.
  • Steam for 10 minutes and convert into a plate.
  • Again heat 1 tbsp oil in a tawa and shallow fry both the sides.
  • Tasty sweet coconut Momos are ready now.
