Heat 3 tbspghee in a pan and Roast the banana ,raisins and cashew nuts until light brown in colour.keep it aside.
Dry Roast the vermicelli till golden brown in colour.
Boil milk in a saucepan and add the roasted vermicelli and 1 tbsp sugar and a pinch of salt.
Cook it for 4-5 minutes,more till the vermicelli gets cooked and the milk thickens. when the vermicelli has softened and cooked well, turn off the flame
In a bowl blend egg and 2 tbsp sugar very well.
Add cooked vermicelli,banana and cardamom powder into the egg mixture.mix well.
Heat ghee in a saucepan and pour it.
Cover the lid and cook it on very low flame for about 20 minutes.
Then flip the cake and cook the other side for 5 minutes.finally Insert a tooth pick or fork in the center and make sure it comes out clean.Turn off the flame and let it cool
