Wash the mutton and add all marination and marinate for 1 hour. You can increase the time. But minimum 1 hr
Heat cooker / pressure pan add ghee 2 tsp and add ginger garlic paste saute well
Now add marinated mutton add 1/4 cup water cook for 4 whistle.
Now take fry pan and roast all ingredients which mentioned above roast and turn off
Allow to cool and grind fine paste,
Now remove pressure from the pan separate water and mutton
Now heat the pan add balance ghee
Now add onion and saute till raw smell goes and turn into pink color
Now add the grind paste saute well in ghee for 2 mins add salt as you need
Now add mutton saute well and roast still the water absorb and ghee comes out
Now add curry leaves and turn off the flame
Now you Mutton Ghee Roast ready
