Grind soaked rice and mix salt and make idly
Now take sandhavai presser
take all idly and keep aside with plate
Now Stuff that idly in that gap hole place and close strew the lid now you get soft Idiyappam or sandhavai
Now its ready Fresh Idiyappam
In side wish take Pan add ghee temper that whole spices cloves, cinnamon, cardamon
Now add onion saute well add green chili and ginger garlic paste
Now add tomato and all spices powder saute well
Now add mint and coriander leaves and saute and add Chicken mix well add little water to cook well
Now turn off the flame chicken keep aside
In large pan add idiyappam and add chicken
Now add Lemon juice mix well
Now its ready Idiyappam Chicken Biriyani
