Jaggery Idiyappam
We can prepare varieties of dishes using the plain Idiyappam. this is one of that variety.

- 1 cup Rice
- 1/4 cup Jaggery
- 1 pinch Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1/4 cup Coconut
- Oil 1 tsp
- 1 tsp Salt
Soak rice for 2 hour and grind and keep aside
Now in a pan add oil and pour batter and mix well.
With help of idiyappam maker squeeze and steam for 10 mins and keep aside
Now in other pan add jaggery with little water and boil
Now add coconut and cardamom powder
Now add ghee and mix well
Now pour Jaggery mixture to idiyappam an mix well
Now its ready to serve Jaggery Idiyappam
