Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices Bread
  • 3 nos Onions chopped
  • 3 nos Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp Pepper powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Mustard seeds As reqd
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Ghee As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing bread masala, cut the corners of the bread and slice into small square pieces.
  • Fry the bread slices in ghee. Keep it aside.
  • Heat remaining ghee and splutter mustard seeds. Add onions and fry it till it becomes brown in color.
  • Then add tomato into it and fry it again.
  • When oil separates, add chilly powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder.
  • Then add pepper powder and salt to it and stir it well.
  • Add the fried bread pieces to it and stir well. Remove from flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Bread masala, a favorite kid's recipe, is ready. Serve hot.
