Instructions
Pressure cook all the vegetables, onion and split green chillies with enough water, salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder.
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.
Splutter black gram, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Put the cooked vegetables into this and pour the coconut milk.
When it starts boiling, remove from flame and put kasoor methi and cover the pan.
:- Serve with chappathi and roti.
