Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Add onions and sautT followed by green chillies, ginger and garlic.
Add coriander powder and sautT well.
Add meat and enough water.
Pressure cook, till it is cooked.
Add lime juice and mix well.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the onions. Keep it aside.
Fry the semolina in it.
Add water, coriander leaves, garam masala and fried onions and mix well.
Lower the flame and cook for some time till done.
