Instructions
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add curry leaves, garlic and wheat flour.
Stir fry on low flame.
When flour becomes golden, add water, coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Cook on low fire until wheat flour and water mixes well and gets a consistency of a soup.
:- Serve hot.
:- You can use this as a curry too.
