Clean the chicken pieces and cut into 2 inch pieces.
Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste & salt. Keep aside for 1/2 hour.
Grind coconut, jeera, dhaniya, elaichi, cloves, pepper, dalchini & dry red chillies.
Slice the onios.
Heat oil in a kadai & fry the sliced onions until golden brown.
Then add the marinated chicken into the kadai and fry.
Add the ground masala & tamarind water. Cook well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
