Egg Macaroni is a continental recipe served as a main. I love the way this dish is easy to make and is a different twist to pasta.

- 2 cup boiled macaroni
- 2 Egg
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch coriander finely chopped
- Curry leaves A few
- Turmeric A pinch
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Boil macaroni in plenty of water with a drop of oil till done. Do not overcook. Wash under running water and drain. Allow to cool
Heat oil in a pan and Add chopped onions,green chillies and fry till onions are translucent.
Then add chopped tomatoes and saute again for 2-3 minutes.
Then add all powders and the beaten eggs
Keep stirring continuously till the egg and onions are coated well
Finally add macaroni and coriander leaves and mix well.Remove it from the flame.
