- boiled macaroni - 2 cup
- Egg - 2
- Green chillies - 2
- Large onion finely chopped - 1
- tomato finely chopped - 1
- bunch coriander finely chopped - 1/2
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Turmeric(A pinch) -
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste -

- Heat oil in a pan and Add chopped onions,green chillies and fry till onions are translucent.
- Then add chopped tomatoes and saute again for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add all powders and the beaten eggs Keep stirring continuously till the egg and onions are coated well
- Finally add macaroni and coriander leaves and mix well.Remove it from the flame.
