Marinate the chicken pieces in red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry it until golden brown in colour and mince it.
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and saute for 10 seconds. Add onion and salt. Saute until light brown in colour.
Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala and saute for few seconds.
Add minced chicken and chopped coriander leaves. Combine well and remove from the flame after 2 minutes.
Take a bowl and add eggs, pepper powder and salt as required. Dip each bread slice completely in the egg mixture .
Spread some ghee/oil in a saucepan. Layer the egg dipped bread slices in the saucepan and add chicken filling. Again dip each bread slice in the egg mixture and layer it above the chicken filling. Pour rest of the egg mix on edges and top. Start to heat the sauce pan and cook it in low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
Flip it into the pan and cook the other side for 5 minutes in very low flame and turn off the flame.
Bread Chicken Cake is ready now.
