- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp

- Marinate the chicken pieces in red chilly powder turmeric powder and salt.fry it until golden brown in colour and mince it.
- Add turmeric powder,pepper powder,garam masala and saute for few seconds.
- Add minced chicken and chopped coriander leaves.combile well and remove from the flame after 2 minutes.
- take a bowl add eggs,pepper powder and salt as required.dip each bread slices completely in the rgg mixture .
- spread some ghee/oil in a saucepan.layer the egg dipped bread slices in the saucepan and add chicken filling.again dip each bread slices in egg mixture and layer it above the chicken filling.pour the rest of egg mix on edges and top.start heat the sauce pan and cook it in low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
- flip it into pan and cook the other side for 5 minutes in very low flame and turn off the flame.
- Bread Chicken Cake is ready now.
