Karadaiyam Nombu Sweet Adai
This is very simple sweet recipe. Which we do for karadaiyam Nombu. It well combo to butter and we add black eyed bean and coconut for crunchy . It's neivediyam for God. Along with sweet adai uppu also will do in same day.

1 cup Rice flour 3/4 cup Jaggery 2 slice Coconut 1/4 cup Black eyed bean 1 pinch Cardamom powder optional Butter for serving
Melt jaggery with little water
Now filter with strainer and keep aside
Now in pan add jaggery water and add coconut slice chop thin
Now add boiled black eyed bean and cardamom powder
Now water boils add rice flour turn flame to low and mix well without lumps.
Now water drains cooked 3/4 th stage and turn off flam and keep aside to cool
Now make ball and flat and make little hole in flat and keep aside
Now steam with plate. I used to steam in idly pot.
Now it's ready to serve with butter . It's yum with combo
