Saravanabhavan Veg Kurma

Ingredients

Carrot 2 no.
beans 10 no.
Potato 2 no.
Green peas 1/4 cup
onion 2 no.
tomato 1 no.
salt to taste
ghee 1 tsp
oil 4 t
Instructions
Chop all the vegetables and mix it
Chop the tomato and onion
Make a paste which mentioned in above ingredients
mix the vegetables with the paste
heat the oil and ghee in the kadai and temper clove, cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf
add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
add tomato and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
add the vegetables and salt and mix it
add coconut milk and required water and allow to until all the vegetables get cooked
Now Saravana Bhavan Veg kurma is ready
