Soak the soya chunks in hot water
cook the peas
chop the onion, tomato, potato and green chilly
grind the ingredients mentioned above
heat the kadai and temper the ingredient which mentioned above
add onion and green chili and saute it until it turn into golden brown
add tomato and mix well
add ginger garlic paste and mix well
add potato, salt and mix it
add boiled peas, soya chunks and mix well
add grinned paste and required water and mix well
cook until it become thick and gravy consistency
Peas soya chunks kurma is ready, serve with roti
