Almond Saffron Kesari

Almond saffron kesari is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Dessert. This is my own innovative recipe, almond saffron rava kesari. My twist is that I have added almond for more nutrition and taste and flavour.

Ingredients
  

  • Almond 15 no.
  • Saffron 1 tsp
  • rava 1 glass
  • milk 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • ghee 4 tbsp
  • salt 1 pinch
  • honey 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • soak the almond in hot water for 2 hours
  • In a blender add soaked almond, milk, half sugar, honey and blend to the smooth paste or milk
  • In a pan add the almond milk and stir it continuously for 5 mins in medium flame
  • soak the saffron in the milk for 10 mins
  • once the almond milk get boiled add rava and stir continuously
  • add saffron milk and stir well
  • add remaining half sugar and cardamom powder and stir it
  • add ghee and stir in continuously for 5 mins in medium flame, and turn off and allow to cool
  • now almond saffron kesari is ready to serve
