Almond Saffron Kesari
Almond saffron kesari is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Dessert. This is my own innovative recipe, almond saffron rava kesari. My twist is that I have added almond for more nutrition and taste and flavour.

Almond 15 no. Saffron 1 tsp rava 1 glass milk 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup cardamom powder 1 tsp ghee 4 tbsp salt 1 pinch honey 1 tsp
soak the almond in hot water for 2 hours
In a blender add soaked almond, milk, half sugar, honey and blend to the smooth paste or milk
In a pan add the almond milk and stir it continuously for 5 mins in medium flame
soak the saffron in the milk for 10 mins
once the almond milk get boiled add rava and stir continuously
add saffron milk and stir well
add remaining half sugar and cardamom powder and stir it
add ghee and stir in continuously for 5 mins in medium flame, and turn off and allow to cool
now almond saffron kesari is ready to serve
