Quick Paneer Sabzi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Paneer cubes
  • 2 nos. Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 no. Tomato
  • 1/2 no. Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • As reqd Salt
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • As reqd Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cube the paneer.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and temper the cumin seeds.
  • Saute the sliced onion until it gets golden brown in color.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  • Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and coriander powder and mix well in low flame.
  • Add chopped tomato and mix well and allow to cook for 2 mins.
  • Add cubed capsicum and mix well.
  • Add tomato sauce and mix well.
  • Add cubed paneer and mix well.
  • Allow to cook for 5 mins in a low flame.
  • Now Quick Paneer Sabzi is ready to serve.
