Ingredients
- Paneer : 1 cup -
- onion 2 no. -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- capsicum 1/2 no. -
- tomato sauce 1 tbsp -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- coriander masala 2 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Oil : 4 tbsp -
- Cumin seeds : 1 tsp -

Instructions
- cube the paneer
- heat the oil in the kadai and temper the cumin seed
- saute the sliced onion until it get golden brown
- add red chili powder, salt turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder and coriander powder and mix it
- add chopped tomato and mix well and allow to cook for 2 mins
- add cubed capsicum and mix well
- add tomato sauce and mix well
- add cubed paneer, mix well
- allow to cook for 5 mins in a low flame
- now quick paneer sabzi is ready to serve
