Poha Kachori

Poha Kachoris are super quick and easy tea time snacks. There are a variety of kachori we can make and this is entirely a different snack. This is a spicy South Indian fritter made with poha and it is delicious to taste.They are really crispy and enjoyable to taste. We have added mashed potato for the sturdy kachories.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Poha Washed and drained
  • 1 no. Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green peas cooked
  • 2 nos. Green chilli chopped
  • 2 tbsp Grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts Crushed
  • 2 tsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 nos. Potato(cooked and mashed)
  • 1 tsp Chat masala

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion, green peas, peanuts, green chilli and finally add coconut.
  • Stir for a few minutes and to this add soaked and drained poha.
  • Mix every thing by adding required salt.
  • Now add mashed potatoes, corn flour, garam masala, chat masala, and lime.
  • Mix all and make patties.
  • Deep fry in hot oil and serve hot and crispy.
