For preparing Mutton Boti Fry, take a pressure cooker and add mutton boti, small onion paste, ginger garlic paste, curry masala powder, turmeric powder, salt and 4 cups of water. Cook for 5 to 6 whistles.
Chop the onion, tomato and green chilli.
Remove and filter the boti from pressure cooker
Heat oil in the kadai and temper the mustard seeds and curry leaves. Saute onion and green chilli.
Add tomato and mix well
Add pepper, mutton masala, garam masala, salt and mix well.
Add cooked boti and mix well.
Allow to cook for 10 mins in medium flame until it gets dry.
Now Mutton Boti Fry is ready to serve.
