- Mutton boti - 1/2 Kg
- Small onion paste - 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbsp
- Curry masala powder - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- green chilli(chopped) - 1 no
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Black pepper - 1 tsp
- Mutton masala - 2 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
- Remove and filter the boti from pressure cooker
- Heat oil in the kadai and temper the mustard seeds and curry leaves. Saute onion and green chilli.
- Add tomato and mix well
- Add pepper, mutton masala, garam masala, salt and mix well.
- Add cooked boti and mix well.
- Allow to cook for 10 mins in medium flame until it gets dry.
- Now Mutton Boti Fry is ready to serve.
