In a pressure cooker add mutton boti, small onion paste, ginger garlic paste, curry masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, mutton masala and 4 cup of water and allow for 5 to 6 whistles
chop the onion, green chili
heat the oil in the kadai and temper the mustard and curry leaves
saute the onion and green chili
add tomato and mix it
add coconut paste, mix it and allow to cook for 5 minutes in medium flame
transfer to cooked mutton boti, allow to cook for 10 minutes
now mutton boti gravy is ready to serve.
