- Mutton Boti 1/2 kg -
- small onion paste 1/2 cup -
- Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp -
- curry masala powder 3 tbsp -
- Turmeric powder : 2 tsp -
- mutton masala 2 tbsp -
- Salt to taste -
- for saute -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- mustard 1/4 tsp -
- curry leaves 1 sprinkle -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- green chili 2 no. -
- Coconut Milk : 1/2 cup -

Instructions
- chop the onion, green chili
- heat the oil in the kadai and temper the mustard and curry leaves
- saute the onion and green chili
- add tomato and mix it
- add coconut paste, mix it and allow to cook for 5 minutes in medium flame
- transfer to cooked mutton boti, allow to cook for 10 minutes
- now mutton boti gravy is ready to serve.
