Beetroot Cutlet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Beet root
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 no Onion
  • 1/2 tsp aumchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masal
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 2 nos cooked potatoes
  • 1 no Egg
  • Bread crumbs

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the delicious cutlet, first grate the beetroot. Boil and cook the potatoes and remove the skin. Heat oil in a pan and temper with mustard. Add onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry for a few minutes.
  • Stir beetroot in it.
  • Add cumin powder, garam masala and aumchur powder with required salt.
  • Mash potatoes and add to this .
  • Make small patties, dip in egg white, roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry in a tawa and serve.
  • Delicious cutets are ready.
