- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1 no
- aumchur powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masal - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste -
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- cooked potatoes - 2 no
- Egg - 1 no
- Bread crumbs -

- Stir beetroot in it.
- Add cumin powder, garam masala and aumchur powder with required salt.
- Mash potatoes and add to this .
- Make small patties, dip in egg white, roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry in a tawa and serve.
