Raw Banana Coconut Stir Fry
Raw banana coconut stir fry is a simple and healthy stir fried curry prepared with raw banana / vazhakkai / plantain which goes very well with hot rice and sambar or even with any variety rice.

Raw banana / vazhakai 2 no. Onion 1 no. green chili 1 no. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Black pepper powder 2 tsp coriander powder 2 tsp salt To taste Coconut milk 1 Cup oil 3 Tbsp mustard 1/4 tsp Cumin seed 1/4 tsp curry leaves 1 sprinkle
Chop the onion and peel the Vazhakai and cut into small cubes
Heat the oil in the kadai and temper the mustard, cumin seed and curry leaves
add onion and green chili and saute it
add ginger garlic paste and mix well
add raw banana and mix well
Add Black pepper powder,coriander powder and salt and mix well
add coconut milk and mix well and allow to cook until the raw banana get cooked and the water get dry
Now Raw banana coconut stir fry is ready to serve
