Potato 250g
Fennel seed 1/4 tsp
garlic 3 no.
ginger small piece
red chili powder 1/2 tsp
salt taste
oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
Peel the potato and cut into thick round shape
Take fennel seed, garlic, ginger, red chili powder and salt and grind it by adding very little water
Mix potato with grinned masala
heat the oil in the pan and cook it
cook until the potato get cooked and crispy
Now spicy and crispy Potato fry is ready to serve
