Sweet Eggy Bread Toast

Sweet eggy bread toast is a simple and easy evening snack specially for kids.The proportions of ingredients are adjustable depending on how sweet /thick/rich you like your toasts to be,so play around to find your perfect batter.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Bread slices
  • 3 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Milk powder
  • Sugar as required
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Cut each bread slice into triangular shape.
  • In a bowl add eggs,milk powder,sugar,cardamom and beat till the sugar dissolves.
  • Dip each slice into the egg mixture
  • Heat a pan,add ghee and spread it evenly on the bottom.toast both sides till golden brown in colour.
  • Sweet eggy bread toast is ready to serve.
