Kappa / Tapioca Cutlet Eggless

Ingredients
  

  • Boiled Tapioca 1 cup
  • chopped onion 1/2 no.
  • carrot 1/2 no.
  • beans 2 no.
  • green chili 1 no.
  • ginger small piece
  • Garlic 3 pods
  • salt to taste
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • amchur powder 1/2 tsp
  • maida 1/2 cup
  • corn flour 1/2 cup
  • bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • oil to deep fry

Instructions
 

  • mash the boiled Tapioca
  • In frying pan heat oil and fry the ginger garlic and green chili
  • add chopped onion and saute it
  • add chopped carrot, beans and salt and mix it and allow to cook for 5 mins
  • add red chili powder, salt, garam masala, amchur powder, 1 tsp of maida and 2 tsp of cron flour to the mashed tapioca
  • Transfer the cooked vegetables to the mashed tapioca
  • Mix well
  • Take a small ball and make a cylindrical shape and dip in corn flour maida batter
  • spread the Bread crumbs
  • heat the oil and deep fry it
  • now tapioca cutlet eggless is ready garnish with tomato sauce and sesame seed
