Pavakka Thenga Arachu Vecha Curry
Pavakka thenga arachu vecha curry is a tasty curry which is made with pavakka,raw mango and ground coconut tastes best with rice with a stir fried vegetable and fried fish on the side.

1 Bitter gourd/pavakka 1 cup,grated Coconut 2 Tomato 3 Green chilly 5 Shallots 1 small Raw mango 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder 3/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Mustard 2 tbsp Oil Salt Curry leaves
Cut all the veggies and keep it ready.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and splutter mustard seed in it.
Add shallots and saute until it turns to golden brown in colour.
Add tomato,green chilly,bitter gourd,rae mango,chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt
Pour one cup water and cook it for 3-4 whistles.
When it is cooked,grind coconut with little water and mix it with the curry.add more water if required to get the correct consistency level of curry.
Remove from the flame when it starts to boil
Pavakka thenga arachu vecha curry is ready to serve.
