Peanut Gravy

This peanut gravy is a mouth watering side dish for chapati and rice. The peanuts are soaked and cooked with all the the spices and onion and tomato. It is then addd with coconut milk and served . The taste and aroma of this gravy is so tempting and makes a filing dish.

Ingredients
  

  • peanuts 1 cup
  • onions 1
  • tomato 1
  • red chili powder 3 sp
  • coriander powder 2 sp
  • green chili 1
  • ginger garlic paste 2 sp
  • coconut milk 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • soak peanuts for 2 hours
  • cook the peanuts with turmeric, onion, tomato, and salt.
  • add coriander,, hing, red chili powder and turmeric.
  • add this powder to the gravy along with ginger garlic oaste.
  • add coconut milk and bring to boil in slow flame.
  • serve with rice
