Sole Fish Fry

Sole fish known as Manthal in malayalam is a best source of protein.its best to fry the fish just before serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Sole fish
  • 1 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt as required

Instructions
 

  • Clean the fish by peeling off its skin, cut the sides of head and wash it nicely.
  • Add chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste and salt as required
  • Marinate the fish in masala and keep it for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry both sides till golden brown in colour
  • Sole fish fry is ready to serve.
