Sole Fish Fry
Sole fish known as Manthal in malayalam is a best source of protein.its best to fry the fish just before serving.

- 250 g Sole fish
- 1 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Salt as required
Clean the fish by peeling off its skin, cut the sides of head and wash it nicely.
Add chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste and salt as required
Marinate the fish in masala and keep it for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry both sides till golden brown in colour
Sole fish fry is ready to serve.
