Papaya Moru Curry
Papaya Moru Curry is a traditional kerala side dish recipe made with yogurt and ground coconut and it is simple kerala vegetarian curry.

- 1 small Papaya
- 1 cup,grated Coconut
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- Curry leaves little
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt as required
- Water as required
Peel and chop raw papaya into small pieces.
Cook papaya with rrd chilly powder,turmeric powder,green chilly,curry leaves,salt and 2 cup water.
Grind grated coconut with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and little water to make a smooth paste.
Pour the coconut paste and yogurt in to the cooked pappaya,let it boil.
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seed in it.mix it with the curry and remove from the flame.
Papaya moru curry is ready to serve..
