Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
Heat oil in a clay pot,splutter fenugreek seed in it and add onion.
Saute onion until it become golden brown in colour.
Add lady finger and saute for 2 minutes.
Add tomato,green chilly,curry leaves and mix well.
Add coriander powder,chilly powder turmeric powder and salt.
Combine the curry with masala.
Add 1 1/2 cup water,cook till the lady's fingers are done.
Vendakka mulakittadhu is ready to serve.
