Instructions
Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
Pressure cook dal for 8 whistles on a medium flame till they are cooked.
Heal oil a pan and add mustard,when it starts splutter add onion,tomato,dry red chilly,green chilly,garlic and saute for 5 minutes.
Add cooked dal,turmeric powder,chilly powder,curry leaves and salt.
Mix well and cook it again for 2 minutes.
Dal fry is ready to serve
