Capsicum Chutney Sandwich

Capsicum sandwich is a quick and easy breakfast .Here we a make capsicum chutney which is more spicy and tasty and prepare this sandwich. The capsicums are chopped and blended well with ginger garlic, and green chilli. The butter toasted sandwich just melts smooth in mouth and awesome to taste.

Ingredients
  

  • capsicum 1
  • Green chilli 1
  • ginger 1 bit
  • Garlic : 3 pods
  • coriander leaf a handful
  • Salt to taste
  • butter 2 sp
  • bread 6 slices

Instructions
 

  • chop capsicum and put in a blender
  • to this add coriander leaf, ginger garlic, green chilli and salt and grind to a chutney
  • now grease pan with butter
  • place a slice of bread and apply the chutney made
  • place another bread on top of it and again apply capsicum chutney
  • repeat it for 2 to 3 slices and coat a butter layer and flip the other side to toast.
  • now our tasty sandwich is ready to taste.
