Badam Halwa
Badam Halwa is a rich and delicious Indian sweet made with pureed almonds, ghee, sugar and saffron.As I love all sweets badam halwa is no exception , I love the saffron flavour the best in badam halwa.

almond 100 g milk 1/2 glass Besan flour 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup ghee 3 tbsp oil 1 tbsp cardamom powder 1 tsp colour powder or saffron 1 pinch cashews 1 tbsp
Soak the almond in hot water for 15 mins
remove the skin
grind it to the smooth paste by adding milk
In a kadai add almond paste and sugar and stir it
add ghee, oil and cardamom powder and stir it
add colour powder and mix it
add besan flour and stir it continuously for 15 mins in low flame
stir until it becomes halwa consistency and non sticky
in a pan heat the ghee and fry the cashews and transfer into the halwa
now badam halwa is ready to serve
