Fluffy Banana Fritters-Pazham Pori

Banana fritters-pazham pori is a weakness and all time favorite snack of most of the malayalees.It does not require any great cooking experience.Any pazham pori lover can make it quickly.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Banana
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • Salt pinch
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Peel the ripe plantain and slice it into thin pieces and set aside.
  • In a bowl add flour,egg,sugar,salt,cardamom powder and water as required to make a semi thick batter.
  • Dip the sliced banana pieces in the prepared batter.make sure that the batter is coated evenly in the banana pieces
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry till it is golden brown in colour.transfer to a kitchen tissue paper.
  • Serve hot.
