slice the onion and red chili
in a bowl add chicken. garam masala, pepper, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, curd, salt and ajinomoto ,mix well and marinate for 1/2 hour
In a kadai heat the oil and saute the onion and red chili for 2 mins
add marinated chicken and mix well, and cook for 5 mins in medium flame
now add 2 glass of water, mix well and cook until the chicken get cooked
in pan heat the ghee and fry the cashews
transfer the fried cashews to the chicken and mix well
once the masala get dry, turn off the flame
now hyderabad chicken is ready to serve, garnish with coriander leaves
