Take bengal gram, urad dal, black pepper seed, and coriander seed
add peanut and dry roast it
add red chili and cumin seed, mix it ad turn off the flame, and allow to cool
once it get cooled, make a fine powder by grinding it
in a kadai heat the oil and temper the mustard
add curry leaves, onion and saute it for 3 mins
add tomato and mix well
add mushroom and mix it
add the masala powder and mix it
add required water and allow to cook the masala and mushroom
cook until it becomes thick gravy
Now mushroom chettinadu is ready to serve, garnish with coriander leaves
